Five things easier to show than to describe
We are not selling a feature list. These are the five screens where the whole point becomes obvious.
A calendar that tells you what today needs
A row is a room, a bar is a stay, and above the columns sits a nine-day forecast - each day exactly above the day it belongs to. Hover a bar and you get the guest, the dates, the channel and what is still owed, without opening anything. On the right, the day: who is arriving, who is leaving, what booked itself overnight and who owes money.
Numbers that tell you what to do next
Occupancy, revenue night by night, which channel actually pays once its commission is off, which apartment gets asked for, how early people book, who comes back — and a map of the country your guests drive in from. That last one exists so you know where the advertising money should go.
Invoicing a company? Type the tax number
The name and address arrive from the national VAT register, and companies you have invoiced before come from your own book. All of it in a drawer over a drawer over a drawer: the booking stays open underneath, so you never lose the place you were in.
Your building, not a list of rooms
Upload the floor plan, draw round the apartments, and from then on you see the house as it is: who is where, until when, what is free, what is waiting to be cleaned. Beside it, this floor's list — with the area, the balcony and how many it sleeps.
Letters that look like your house wrote them
The welcome before arrival, the reminder about the balance, the thank-you afterwards — on a letterhead with your logo and your website's colours, not in a plain white box. You write them in an editor and tags fill in the rest: the guest's first name, the apartment, the door code, the amount still to pay. The preview shows the letter exactly as it lands. And the after-stay letter asks for an opinion — you read it first and decide whether it goes on your site.
The panel looks the way the person in front of it wants
Eight panel themes: light, oak, glass, dark, ebony, nocturne, night glass and atlas. Double booking is structurally impossible
The database enforces it, not good intentions. Two stays cannot hold the same room on the same night, however hard a bug might try.
We say honestly what works

Questions
- Do I need my own domain?
- No. Your site goes live immediately at an address in our domain. Connect your own (yourvilla.com) whenever you like — we help with DNS.
- Can I sync with Booking.com and Airbnb?
- Yes, two ways. The Website plan syncs via iCal: blocked dates flow both ways, but without guest details and with a 1–4 hour refresh. Plans with Channels get full two-way API sync — rates, availability and bookings with guest details reach ApartSync in real time.
- Can guests pay online?
- Not yet — a booking request holds the room and you settle payment as you do today. Przelewy24 payments (cards, BLIK) are built and awaiting launch.
- Does the site speak English and Polish?
- Yes. Write in your language, add translations beside the original — guests switch with one click, and anything untranslated shows the original.
- What happens after the trial?
- Nothing bad. Your data and website stay; you pick a plan to keep taking bookings.
