Request access - your account activated within 24h
Registration is an email and a password; we activate every account personally within 24h. From activation you have 7 days of EVERY feature - the website, the calendar, channels, the kiosk. No card needed to start.

Assemble your website in the wizard - 5 minutes
Upload photos, type room names and prices - the wizard turns them into a booking website. The yourname.apartsync.com address works instantly; connect your own domain any time with one DNS record - we help.

Set prices and seasons
A standard nightly price plus seasons (summer, holidays) with their own prices and minimum stays. The website, the calendar and every quote read from the same place - change it once, it changes everywhere.

Switch on online payments - a Przelewy24 account
Guest money goes STRAIGHT to your bank account - ApartSync never holds it and never takes a commission. Registering a merchant account is free; you pay per transaction only (cards ~1.29% + 0.30 zl, BLIK ~1.9%).
- 1Register your company at przelewy24.pl (tax id, bank account, documents online).
- 2Once verified, sign in to panel.przelewy24.pl.
- 3Open My data → API data and copy four values: Merchant ID, POS ID, the API key and the CRC key.
- 4Paste them into ApartSync: Panel → Payments. We save and immediately test the connection - you get the verdict in words.

Order a card terminal for the desk
Guests paying by card in person? You apply for a terminal with the same P24 - with the ONEcommerce bundle the device can be free. Terminal payments are recorded in ApartSync with one click, in the same ledger as transfers and cash.

Connect the portals - Booking, Airbnb and more
On the Website plan you link calendars via iCal: paste two links and blocked dates guard each other. Plans with Channels get full two-way sync - rates, availability and bookings with guest details arrive by themselves.

Run it like a hotel - without the hotel
The front desk shows who arrives and who still owes. Guest letters (confirmation, reminder, thank-you) send themselves, in the guest's language. The tablet kiosk checks guests in without you. Reports show what you really earn - after portal commissions.

Close the month without hunting through notebooks
The KT-1 statistical return counts itself the way the form counts: a tourist is an arrival counted once, a night is one person for one night, foreign guests are broken down by country. The local tourist tax collects for settlement, and the registration book prints or exports. We do not file any of it for you - the portal wants a person with a login, and a statutory return should be read by whoever signs it.
