Guest payments online - into your own Przelewy24 account
Guest money goes straight to your account. ApartSync never touches it and takes no cut - you pay only the provider's fee.
In the panel: Payments, and Booking → Bill
How to do it
- 1Open a business account at przelewy24.pl (free, documents online).
- 2In the P24 panel go to My data → API data and copy four values: Merchant ID, POS ID, API key, CRC key.
- 3Paste them into ApartSync: Panel → Payments. We test the connection immediately and answer in words.
- 4On a booking, under 'Bill', press 'Send a payment link' and pass it to the guest.
- 5When they pay, the payment records itself against the booking - even if the provider's notification is lost.
What catches people out
A link is for the amount you chose at the time. If the bill grows afterwards (extras, a longer stay), send a new link for the difference - the old one will not top itself up.
