Accounts in your plan, and what a downgrade does
A plan is a number of people who may sign in as much as it is a price. Website: 2. Website + Channels: 5. The whole of ApartSync: no limit. A trial is the full product and counts nobody.

How to do it
- 1Panel → Team. The top of the page says how many accounts are in use, out of how many.
- 2'Create account' makes the access immediately - you hand over the password in person.
- 3The role decides what somebody sees: reception has no financial reports, housekeeping has the room board.
- 4On the day somebody leaves, 'Cut off access' switches the account off and their history stays.
What catches people out
Moving DOWN a plan FREEZES the accounts over the limit rather than deleting them: the history stays and the person signs in again the moment a seat frees up or the plan grows. The newest freeze first; the owner never freezes.
